Kick Fitness is all about helping people achieve their goals in fitness and health, by providing them with not only the motivation and support they need to succeed but also the knowledge to develop their own fitness regime with the goal of becoming independent.
Along with personal training, we run cardio-focused boot camps for people who want to seriously test themselves and speed/agility training sessions with ‘Ankorr’ harness resistance equipment catering to any fitness ability, strength and conditioning for sport teams and athletes aiming to achieve higher levels. This programme developes strength and power through full ranges of movement and functional fitness. Great for injury prevention and management.

Gut busters is a relay team and running group which I manage and take part in, from the Around the Mountain relay, Mountain to Surf and the Lake Taupo relay.
Training for short to ultra-distance runners is available, catering from beginners to advanced runners.
