Kick Fitness is all about helping people achieve their goals in fitness and health, by providing them with not only the motivation and support they need to succeed but also the knowledge to develop their own fitness regime with the goal of becoming independent.
​Along with personal training, we run cardio-focused boot camps for people who want to seriously test themselves and speed/agility training sessions with ‘Ankorr’ harness resistance equipment catering to any fitness ability, strength and conditioning for sport teams and athletes aiming to achieve higher levels.

​Strength and Conditioning Coach, 
Owner of Kick Fitness

I am a qualified strength and conditioning coach, wellness coach, rehab trainer, sports nutritionist and currently furthering my qualifications with higher level first aid courses and sports psychology.
​I manage the fitness and injury programme for New Plymouth Girls High School football and Coach the 1st 11 Squad.
I am the Taranaki Region strength and conditioning coach for the Central Stags players in Taranaki and run the strength and conditioning programme for the Taranaki youth cricket academy and Taranaki men's team.  
I am a very a keen runner, in 2015 I completed the around the mountain solo 100miles race and in 2017 I completed and placed 3rd in the 50mile solo race around Mt Taranaki. 

PT SESSION'S

If you’re recovering from an injury, want to gain strength, power,speed, agility and improve fitness or train for a special event; I can help with a personalised programme and training regime that will help you achieve your goals.


                                           $40 for 30min sessions
                                           $60 for 60min sessions
                                           $60-$100 for programmes

ANKORR 

This is a high intensity workout with a twist, it uses harnesses and bungy cords to give you a fast pace workout.
This programme developes strength and power through full ranges of movement and functional fitness. Great for injury prevention and management.

  • Classes run for 30-45mins
  • groups of 5-10 per class and can take larger groups of 15-20
  • great for sports teams, work groups and schools
  • Sessions currently run out of Rampage Fitness City, North and Latitude 39
  • Can also run outside sessions
  • perfect for all sports

This is an intensive cardio workout with the aim to improve fitness and endurance. While this is a challenging programme and will push you to achieve your goals, the group atmosphere is supportive, fun and good for all fitness levels.

GUTBUSTERS RUNNING TEAM

Gut busters is a relay team and running group which I manage and take part in, from the Around the Mountain relay, Mountain to Surf and the Lake Taupo relay.
Training for short to ultra-distance runners is available, catering from beginners to advanced runners.​
