SPORT PERFORMANCE ACADEMY PROGRAMMEThis programme is setup and designed to help support individual athletes and sports teams with their fitness conditioning and sporting performances. We provide athletes and teams with structured training programs to build on and help guide them with their development. We also provide teams with group sessions and sport specific programming which again teaches them structure and session format, with the goal of becoming independent with their own training and achieve a higher level in their chosen sport. One of our main focuses is to help young sporting athletes and learn correct exercise technique, warm-ups, cool-down, recovery and also provide different ways to train for specific sports. The aim is to help them get the best results possible with a little dedication and hard work. We also focus on goal setting, training attitudes in both athletes and team environments to improve Team Performance as a group rather than as individual players. Our programme is split into 3 phases over a year with a setup phase at the start:

Trainer Personal Statement: From a young age I have always been very active representing the region in Netball, Basketball and Cross country. Proper nutrition and a good exercise regime have always played an important role in my life as I strived to better my performance both on and off the court. These days I no longer play sports competitively, but focus more on High Intensity Interval Training and strength work in the gym. With a certificate in Holistic Nutrition and currently finishing Holistic Performance Nutrition, I understand the importance of fueling your body correctly, especially when it comes to increasing your performance. The biodiversity of every person is different. I like to work along side people to help support them to optimum nutrition and function. Which helps increase performance both on and off the field. My motto: You only have one body, so why not make it the best it can be. Qualifications:
